Terms & Conditions of Course Applications
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid for each course being booked.
Course dates cannot be confirmed until a deposit payment has been received and processed.
Applications must be sent by post or using the online application/booking form.
All remaining balances must be received by the balance due date. This date will be stated on the invoice you receive.
We reserve the right to refuse any application and to vary course arrangements, dates, and content where necessary.
We reserve the right to check the validity of all applications and to carry out a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
Applicants submitting applications on-line will be required to complete a 'Declaration Form' - This will be sent upon receipt of application.
Where accommodation has been booked and paid for on your behalf the cost for this will be shown on your invoice and will become part of the total balance due. Cancellations on the part of the applicant after accommodation has been booked will still be liable for full payment, or part payment where only a deposit has been paid.
