Terms & Conditions of sale

  • All goods are only for sale to bonafide Locksmiths, individuals working within relevant trades where such goods will be used solely in the line of their official business, and lock picking enthusiasts where such goods will be used solely for hobbiest purposes. Where deemed applicable checks will be carried out as to the validity of individual customers.
  • By purchasing goods you are agreeing to the above conditions of sale.
  • Island Locks Ltd cannot be held responsible as to the miss-use of any goods purchased and where such goods are sold on from the original purchaser.
  • Island Locks must be notified in writing within 7 days, of any claims, shortages, or non delivery. After this time we will not be responsible for such claims. 
  • All goods are guaranteed as per the manufacturers warranty from the date of invoice, providing the goods are returned to Island Locks at your own cost, together with a copy of the original invoice. This does not include goods which have been subject to general wear & tear, or misuse.
  • We must be notified in writing within 7 days of any goods ordered in 'error' and which you wish to return. All goods must be in 'As New' condition and be in their original packaging. A 15% handling charge plus original postage costs will apply in all circumstances.
  • Returned goods must be posted using a Recorded and tracked delivery service at your own expense.
  • Where goods are returned as a result of fault on our part, we will reimburse any postal costs incurred and a replacement will be sent upon inspection of the faulty goods.
