what are your opinions please;

would turning google adverts on for 3 days for west london paddingtom area plus ratedpeople.com, servicemagic.com, 123quote.com  provide me with 2 jobs per day at £197 each or am i being to optimistic.

i want to work in london west mon-wed and south wales thurs fri due to other business venture.

any tips on marketing in paddington and ten mile radius appreciated

Pay per click did not work for me and speaking to the marketing people at my local chamber of commerce they advised it does work for some businesses but would not advise small business or sole traders I found out the hard way luckily only for 3 months.

Hi Nic, do you mean two jobs a day for £197 each or each advert is costing you £197?

I think you might be being a bit optimistic to expect two jobs a day from web based ads, we dont get that from our web based advertising and we do all sorts of property maintenance. Have a look about and see where your competition is advertising and check back to see if they are repeating the ads, that way you will know that the ads are working for them and you might want to place yours in the same place as most people would like to get at least a couple of quotes. It has also been mentioned a lot on here but you should get yourself known by all the local estate/letting agents.  good luck
