Hello All Hope Everyones Well, Jay hope you have feng shui your new home

As anyone had any dealings with the above company, they are based in sutton coldfield a p.o. box only they apparenly buy then rent back properties, I had a call off them asking me to change the locks in a empty premises it was a walkaway from where I live discovered that the premises was still lived in, when I informed the contact at this company was asked to meet them late afternoon as they had a court order and the resident would be vacating the premises, I never recieved a call to cancel the meeting and needless to say they didnt turn up.

I suppose its good in that I might not have got paid it being only a P.O box and just shows better to be cautious sometimes got a e-mail address and mobile/landline number but thats it.

Anyone else had dealings with these or similar companies?

I was always told "beware any company that uses a PO Box"....  Served me well.

Never trust a PO Box i got stung doing some warrents in the same way.

@Derek I would avoid dealing with any company/persons that use a P.O BOX but you cant tar everybody with the same brush ,perhaps only certain types of business are seen to be suitable

for using a P.O Box
