Hi chaps enjoyed another interesting meet thanks to Jay again for staging it,also for Stu with his demo and tips with the security pins on the Corbin I  know I wouldnt relish it with an audience that size as it was a good turn out with the regulars joined by some first timers.

It took me nearly 3 hurs to get home on the N.circular to Romford,I could have made Birmingham in that time, anyone else

catch the traffic ?.

Anyway due to looking for Jays mugs  having a go at the combination lock and overcoming the security pins I feel like Ive just been on a bodybuilding course lol:lol: thanks all.

Looking forward to the next one Phil

Cheers Phil. Good meeting all round and the best turn out yet. Think I need BIGGER workshops?

Thanks to Stu, Si and Smudger for the demos. Smudger had some good interest in his vehicle opening demo and tools, which was something different for most, as we haven't any auto locksmiths until now.

As usual I will post the date for the October meeting on the forum and by email. If anyone has any ideas or requests for demo's just let me know.

P.S: A black sports jacket was left hanging up in the workshop, so just to let whoever it belongs to know I have it here.

good day all round. i will try and do a decoder demo nemt mm if it turns up. it will be on a 3u114 a bs union and a yale as the union decoder covers all these locks. the members meeting proved that there is alot of training interest as well as a diverse level of skill within the members. this is good as that is what is required for the association to get off the ground,

Just wanted to convey my thanks to everyone, for another great meeting. Was great to see some new faces too. (Yes Phil, it took me ages to get home again too).

The time really seems to fly by at the meetings, with so many great people to talk to, and so many things to watch.

An excellent meeting thoroughly enjoyed it, great to catch up with everyone A special thanks to Stu for the demo on the security pins, Smudger on the car locks, Simon for showing me what to look for when impressioning Jay for the tips on using the thumb turn opening tool. (Made a tool and works consistently well)

I would definitely be up for full weekend meets/events.

Thanks and King regards

Mick

@Stu: NP at all Stu.

I am happy to pass on as much information, techniques etc. on Impressioning as I can to anyone that is interested, as it's something I am passionate about. There really is so much more to it, than I remember when I'm giving a demo, and only afterwards, when I'm home, do I remember. Let us know at which meeting you want to go for it in more detail, and I'll put some notes together, to give it more structure. My Impressioning was really transformed, once I had the right tools for the job.
