Thanks to everyone that turned up for the meet up on Saturday,  it was nice to see some old faces.

Just a good way for members to meet face to face and to exchange ideas and experiences of both trading as a locksmith, and those starting out. There was also some opening tools and techniques shown, curtain picking, Plasticine impressioning, and Key reader systems.

Overall a friendly and informal meeting that I hope the members that attended gained something from. Will be putting info up for Aprils meeting in the week, so any ideas perhaps, tool demos etc, just let me know?

@Tony: We have some tools available at the meetings if anyone wishes to buy anything.

One of the things I pointed out at the meeting though, was that they were in no way intended to sell or promote, and there were absolutley no vested interests.

Saying that, ken did buy a short Spread'a'door tool! :D

Hi Jay

Yes we all knew there was no ulterior motive to having the meets I got the idea from when I met you when I did my course you were not 'all about the money' .

Its nice to know though that we have the option to buy tools at the meeting if we want to, saves a couple of quid on postage and you have the opportunity if needed to ask you to demo on any kit bought if time permits.

Nice one Ken. Are you sending the keys you want converted to bump, or check to see if we already do them at The Locksmith Shop. Keys can be purchased individualy and not just in sets.
