Hello to all...just a little question....for N.D.E i'm looking to get some Air wedge's, so has anyone got good info on them? I just would like to know...how much pressure can thay take or inforce? looking at some of them, thay inflate from 2mm -70mm which is good, so i am looking to get 2 universal air wedges for gen use for door opening and help like that. Eny tips what to look out for or good types / brands? ect...cheers Timmbo.

The original HPC air wedges won't let you down. I would get one Universal and one standard just in case you need a smaller size for a job?

Yeah definetly go for the HPC air wedges as I believe there pretty much the most reliable on the market. I've had a few "cheaper" wedges which tend to not inflate very well or have slight rips in the rubber after time...

Hello, I have the Locksmith Mag an independent trade journal delivered monthly, in this months issue they have a video demo of this in action useing the spread plate tool with air bag,
These are only meant for jammed mechs but work just as well for lock outs to gain entry.
Go to www.dciukk.co.uk/sad/ and use the pass word of " keep ".
Jay, i hope you dont mind me showing an out side link on here.
Bye for now, Kirk. | |
